The Drive-Thru Haunted Trail went all out with decorations and spooky scares this past weekend, and they’re ready to do it again.

The Boy Scouts of America and other volunteers dressed up in their best costumes and enjoyed jumping out at all the visitors who were brave enough to pass through the haunted park.

There is fun for all ages, with a shadow puppetry theatre for younger kids and creepy monsters and decorations to spook the older kids.

The Drive-Thru Haunted trail is occurring on 5-9 p.m. Oct. 23, 29 and 30 at the Ice Art Park, 3574 Phillips Field Road, in Fairbanks. The admission is $20 per vehicle, and the funds raised go toward supporting the Midnight Sun Council and local BSA Scouting programs.

For more information, call the Midnight Sun Council at 907-452-1976. The Midnight Sun Council can also provide information on how to join a local Scouting unit, with programs available to children in grade kindergarten and up.
