Mechanical Contractors of Fairbanks supports the new UAF Student Chapter of MCAA

Karl Gohlke, far right, executive director of Mechanical Contractors of Fairbanks, presents a check to, from left, Max Blankenship, Justin Driscoll, Evan Denty and Michael Connelly, the student officers of the new University of Alaska Fairbanks Student Chapter of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA). The funds will help send the students to the MCAA National Convention in San Diego, California, where they will be recognized as the Farthest North MCAA Student Chapter. The students will meet and network with mechanical industry contractors and suppliers/vendors while attending the five-day convention.Â
