To endteroad : Yes that is my son Mike 'Simard Automotive" You have found a very good mechanic . Sure miss my boys we do visit every summer and much change every year. Had lunch in the restaurant before this one and the building was in bad shape back a few years ago. Nice talking to you !

Looks like the restaurant on the coner is closed. Notice no cars in parking lot and looks as if the windows have boards on them. Plus no sign over the door. I guess I'll have to call my son in Fairbanks to ask him to check it out. Anyone else know what happen???

Thanks Bonnie for the "google maps" my two sons live in Fairbanks and I was able to zoom in on his shop "Simard Automotive" . We visit every summer but this year went a little early for my grandsons "First Communion" (April 25-May 5) I would say they are in MUD season as we say in Vermont.
Still not sure what those 2 guys are doing this a.m. but one just was up by the camera on a lift and the other had a green hose. I wonder if they are washing the building. Hope they wipe the lens on the camera. Anyone headed to Fairbanks enjoy, the town is growing like crazy. Great time of year with all the daylight. God Bless !!

Nice site ! A few little bugs and I'm sure your working on them. Enjoy the web cam every day (more then once a day).My 2 sons live in Fairbanks and I like to keep up on the news and weather. My son has his own business in town and we come to Fairbanks every summer and always stop at the web cam to say hi to friends at home. My daughter-in-law brings the grandkids to the cam so I can see them as they call me on the cell in Vt.. Keep up the good work !
