Yes again, you spout the WildLife Alliance, Friends of Animals, and Defendersof Wildlife dribble. And yes the hunters did vote against aerial hunting but remember as I have stated before predator control is NOT aerial hunting which has always been against the law. And not just anyone can climb into a plane and go shoot wolves.
So your ablitity to twist facts into fiction works well for leading the Disney raised kids down the primrose path. Real Alaskans know better.

Hypocrite, you run down the very Constitution that allows management of the States resources while filling your freezer with the wealth of Alaska.
And Dobieman let us not get started again, seems the last time you couldn't deal with real facts and continually came up with bogus rhetoric. You can quote all you want but reality is the Fish and Game is the State of Alaska's arm of management and they are doing the job mandated to them if you have a problem there are channels to change the process by. I was able to effect change in that manner two years ago.
Neither of you two have come up with anything remotely effective except whining. Understand Predator Control is here to stay in Alaska, by trapping, calling, or aerial hunting. It is what we do here, can't stomach it there is always the lower 48 or better yet Boston.

The students do nothing in a school with out the approval of the administration. Therefore the administration has given their blessing on this activity, as far as a single group in society goes a school is a reflection of our society. The good and the bad. This is how many of the decision the govenment has made all stem from "he who speaks the loudest wins" Sort of like these blogs.
With that said, I still contend if the students and or parents have a problem with the "DOS"; boycott the school and show your displeasure with the decision that was made and things will change. Voice your concern as the people are voicing there their support for "DOS". But make sure the protest is heard in a strong correct manner. Walk out in numbers.

I have read everyones comments and no one has offered anything else concrete to work off of. So here is my input and we shall see what will come of it.
I am not for gay rights nor am I against their right to exist but the matter at hand is "does one single group of people get to tell the rest of the society what to do". I say No, so lets do what the Alaskan Family Council said but boycott the school for three days. Keep your kids home for three days and if you can get enough students to boycott you will shutdown that school for three days and have a voice your stand against this movement.

First of all, Alaska Fish and Game does not use geneticly altered fish for their stocking programs. They did have a limited program in the 90's where they attempted to geneticly alter fish and it was discontinued. Understand that NONE of the fish altered were ever release into Alaskan waters.
The current way they change fish is by adjusting the temperature of the water and applying pressure to the eggs during or just after fertilization. At no time are chemicals added to to the water for the pupose of altering the fish. Check out the below link.

Once again arrested trialed and convicted in the court of the newpapers. He has been properly convicted in the eyes of this "Peers". My god to have peers like you all. We even have a typing tutors out correcting typos. Next will come the grammer checkers.
Let's have the courts take care of this one because there is something fishy about the whole thing. I read the ADN version and it left a lot out. I think they are holding off with some more information. Patience and we shall see who is right. If convicted he will pay restitution.

Now we have to give them an incentive not to rape and molest yes that is a smart way of doing it. You must be one of those folks that we pat them on the head and send the back among the sheep. There must be changes to the laws and none of these three strike rules, you kill, rape or molest you die. Easy no frills. No let's get another opinion.
We have improved on the science of forenseic and DNA that when done right it proves it. For those convicted, the law should read BYE BYE. If you aren't proven guilt then you are released. Normal law. What is the problem?
