FAIRBANKS, Alaska - University of Alaska Fairbanks officials say a stretch of Tanana Loop Road on campus will be closed for a sewer line project.

Officials say traffic will be rerouted Oct. 8 through the end of the month.

According to UAF, the project involves excavating a section of the road near the Bunnell and Duckering buildings.

It also involves closing the parking lot between the two buildings and campus shuttle route changes.
