Two-day seminar focus is love, compassion

FAIRBANKS — Khentrul Rinpoche, abbot of Katog Mardo T’ashi Choling Monastery in eastern Tibet, will give methods for cultivating love and compassion in challenging situations at a two-day seminar this weekend sponsored by the Four Winds Foundation, 2861 Beverly Lane.

Morning sessions are from 10 a.m. to noon, and afternoon sessions from 2-4 p.m. Costs are on a sliding scale and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
