FAIRBANKS — Fairbanks residents will get a chance to experience a little culture during their Thursday lunch hours in July, thanks to a program that will bring snippets of Shakespeare to Golden Heart Plaza.

Theatre Thursday is a collaboration between Festival Fairbanks and Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre, with excerpts of “Henry IV part I” and performances by the youth workshop group The Groundlings. The free shows will be from noon-1 p.m. July 12, 19 and 26 in the Golden Heart Plaza Amphitheatre.
