All Ages Farm Camp

When: July 31-Aug. 3

Where: Calypso Farm and Ecology Center, 4780 Old Nenana Hwy., Fairbanks

What: This weekend overnight program at the farm is intended for all ages. Activities will include fiber arts, blacksmithing, baking, cooking, gardening, forest crafts, ecology and more. Adults welcomed

Cost: $350/adult, $300/youth aged 5-18 accompanied by adult

Calypso Farm Camp: Residential

Ages: 10-14 years

When: July 13-July 17

Where: Calypso Farm and Ecology Center

What: Spend a week camping in tents and cooking in an outdoor kitchen. We’ll do chores in the barn, explore the outdoors and learn skills — wood-fired baking, blacksmithing and weaving. Meals are provided and we’ll cook together using farm fresh produce. Families will join us on the last camp day

Kings Lake Camp

what: This is a great camp for kids ages 7-12. Lots of fun activities include archery, crafts, campfires, canoeing and more. A perfect camp with lots of activities for kids of all interests.

Kings Lake Camp

This camp is for kids involved in or interested in Salvation Army Youth (S.A.Y.) programs, including Sunbeams, Girl Guards, Adventure Corps and Scouting. This camp builds on skills already learned, while expanding camper’s knowledge through hands on learning.

Wild Wild West 4-H/Youth Camp

Sponsor:  UAF CES Tanana District 4-H Program

Ages: Youth who just completed grades 3-8

When: June 22, 6 p.m. to June 25, 11:30 a.m.

Where: Twin Bears

What: Come join us this year. We have a great theme learning about the Wild West and living outdoors. Youth will rotate through classes based on the theme. There will be swimming, crafts, games, skits, hiking and campfires. It promises to be educational and fun —we look forward to seeing you
