Today was a tough day...
Sourdough Bread Starter:
1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups water
2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
Mix yeast and 1/2 cup warm water let ferment 15min.
In separate bowl mix last 3 ingredients combine both bowls. Allow mix to sit loosely covered in glass jar on counter for 5 days then refrigerate for 3-5 days then feed.
