The University of Alaska Fairbanks All-Sports Camp is set for June 24-28 on the campus.
The camp features fun games and sport-specific coaching. Other sports offered during the camp include basketball for girls and boys in the first through sixth grades, and floor hockey, volleyball, swimming and soccer.
Camp sessions are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost is $325 for a full day and $175 for a half day.

Hot Springs Bicycle Classic
Christopher Knott outpaced Eric DiFolco by one second to win the 60-mile race of the Fairbanks Cycling Club’s Chena Hot Springs Bicycle Classic on June 1.
Knott finished in 2 hours, 48 minutes and 8 seconds. Knott followed him in 2:48:09 and James Bassette was third in 2:48:16. Alisabeth Thurston Hicks took fourth in 3:02:53 and Matt Glover finished in 3:03:58 among the race’s 33 cyclists.
Katherine Peckham earned the 33-mile race title in 1:51:56, nearly two minutes ahead of Matthew Burt (1:53:34).
Kayla Clark clocked 1:53:59 for third place among the 16 participants. Laurie Hueffer was fourth in 1:55:24 and Kristine Hammargren came in fifth in 1:59:37.
Ian Tragis led the 15 cyclists in the 17-mile event, as he crossed the finish line in 1:09:41.
Jane Lanford was runner-up in 1:17:25 and Scott Tragis placed third in 1:22:00. Dan Gerstenfield took fourth in 1:26:31 and Terry Tirrell placed fifth in 1:32:18.
Sofia Layos won in 32 minutes, 11 seconds in the eight-mile race, which featured 13 cyclists.
Tomas and Denali Marsikova Marsik combined for second place in 46:42. Jennifer Wagaman placed third in 50:12, while Sacha Layos and Tommy Conklin were fourth and fifth, respectively, in 50:13 and 58:13.
Complete results of the Chena Hot Springs Classic are scheduled to be published Sunday in the Scoreboard on Page B2.
