JUNEAU, Alaska - The sole survivor of a boat sinking that claimed two Juneau brothers has been found dead in a Juneau home.

The Juneau Empire reports (http://is.gd/gxT8u4) 26-year-old Jim Brown Jr. was found not breathing and unconscious. Attempts to revive him weren't successful and he was pronounced dead just before 12:30 a.m. Monday.

Police spokesman Lt. David Campbell says the cause of death isn't known, but alcohol was involved. An autopsy will be conducted.

Brown and brothers Kelly and Casey Newman were in an 18-foot skiff that sank after being hit by a wave Nov. 23 near Tenakee Springs.

Brown made it to shore. Kelly Newman, who was 23, was found unresponsive and efforts to revive him failed. The body of 26-year-old Casey Newman was found the next day.
