FAIRBANKS — Rocks and debris continued to fall Thursday on the Parks Highway in the Nenana Canyon near the entrance to Denali National Park and Preserve, according to the Alaska Department of Transportation.

Maintenance crews worked to clear the road, but the department recommended caution when driving in the area. Short delays can be expected, an advisory issued by the department Thursday morning stated.

Rocks slid onto the road at 239 Mile Parks Highway Tuesday night. Another slide occurred last week.
