Alaska constitutional delegate Vic Fisher recalls his memories of his friend and colleague Judge Thomas Stewart during a memorial in Stewart's honor at Centennial Hall in Juneau on Saturday, April 5, 2008. Stewart was a key architect in Alaska's constitutional convention as well as a signatory to the document. His accomplishments included: service in World War II in the 10th Mountain Division, and a member of both the Alaska Territorial and State Legislatures. He also served several judgeships and was a champion of the arts.
