The mushers gather for a prerace meeting and trail report on Saturday, March 29 in the 2008 Valley Funale. Seven mushers entered the 10-dog, 20-mile race; 26 mushers entered the six-dog, 10-mile race and two skijorers ran the 10-mile course.
