Mike Kardanoff is surrounded in heavy ice fog with his hands up in exasperation. Another minus 40-degree day. This is getting really old. Having been born and raised in Fairbanks, even he is starting to get cabin fever in this colder-than-normal winter. The tank, shorts and bunny boots outfit was a dare. Sometimes you just have to make light of the situation and poke fun at Mother Nature.
