The camera is looking south toward the Chena River and downtown Fairbanks. The church on the left is Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, which dates to the founding of Fairbanks. It was moved to its present location in 1911. The church is on the National Registry of Historic Sites. The building on the right is the Big International (Big I) Bar.
