Roller-rink info

To the editor: I will be relocating to the Fairbanks/North Pole area and am interested in opening a roller-skating rink. I am just researching, as funding would need to be justified for investors before moving forward.

I understand there are one or two other people who have vocally shared the opinion that a roller-skating rink would bring healthy, community-oriented indoor entertainment to the area.

I am a veteran and am familiar with the impact that lack of all-season social recreation for young adults and kids can have and would like to know what research has been done to identify demand for a roller-skating rink in the Fairbanks/Eielson AFB area.

Thank you for your assistance.
