Letter to the Editor

Keep Mary Siah as it is

To the editor: It is with great sadness that I read Mayor Ward’s position on Mary Siah. This cozy, warm little pool Is such a joy that losing it would really hurt me and the community.

Recently it was closed for four weeks while they did cosmetic work. When it reopened there was really no improvement. In fact, the cork squares that were removed made the sound in the pool very loud. What would this major work do to improve the pool? I really would love to see it left as it is for as long as possible.

It has served us for many years. Hopefully, it will have many more.
