FAIRBANKS — It was a busy day in Fairbanks for Gov. Sean Parnell. In addition to signing his crime bill into law, the governor stopped by Flint Hills Refinery and the Santa Claus House to sign three more pieces of legislation.
The bills include one that approves the state’s royalty oil contract with Flint Hills Refinery, another that modernizes Alaska’s trust and estate laws, and a third that names bridges after North Pole pioneers.
