Fairbanks man arrested on DUI charges twice in four days

FAIRBANKS — A 21-year-old Fairbanks man who was arrested on drunken driving charges twice in four days led police on a high-speed chase through South Fairbanks early Thursday morning before his second arrest.

Fairbanks police had stopped Albert Last Baker, 21, at 2:20 a.m. in the parking lot of the Holiday gas station parking lot on South Cushman Street after an officer saw him make an improper lane change, cutting off another vehicle and nearly striking it.
