The Fairbanks North Star Borough’s Capital Improvement Program website is now live with an accompanying video to explain the program to the public.

Through the program, borough residents will be able to nominate projects to the FNSB for capital improvement until Oct. 11. An 11-page application is available on the website, fnsb.US/CIP, for interested individuals.

There are two community workshops scheduled for residents to learn about the process. One workshop will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Noel Wien Library, 1215 Cowles St. The other will be from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 24 at the North Pole Library, 605 NPHS Blvd.
