FAIRBANKS — The finest members of the Farthest North Alaska Peace Officers Association were honored at the third annual Interior Law Enforcement Awards Banquet on Friday at the Westmark Hotel. Winners included:

Citizen of the Year: Brenda Geier, of the Fairbanks Emergency Communication Center

Support Person of the Year: Yumi McCulloch, Fairbanks Police Department

Criminal Justice Professional of the Year: Andrew Baldock, District Attorney’s Office

Instructor of the Year: Katherine Kearnely, 354th SFS, Eielson Air Force Base

Investigator of the Year: Joshua Bowles, 354th SFS, Eielson Air Force Base

Police Officer of the Year: Keenan Mulvaney, Alaska State Troopers

Chief/Commander of the Year: Steve Dutra, North Pole Police

APOA Member of the Year: Anthony Moser, Eielson Air Force Base
