FAIRBANKS — Play It Again Sports in Fairbanks recently was recognized for meeting gold standard measurements set by the franchisor.
The milestone is reached when a store achieves a set of standards in customer satisfaction, store operations and product quality.
“Being recognized as a gold standard store is a very significant accomplishment, but even more, it means we’re succeeding in providing our customers the best shopping experience possible,” franchise owner Toby Dougherty said.
“We are very proud to recognize the Fairbanks location for reaching their goals and contributing to the Play It Again Sports overall mission to maintain the best standards and service level possible,” said Pat Quinn, company director.

Fairbanks loves sports!!!
Our Golden City sprinkles some "gold" for Toby Dougherty.
Congrats
Great job Toby and Matt. I always buy my sporting goods from PIAS. Great place, and couldn't happen to a nicer family. Congrats!!!
I love Play-it-again and they have a great staff! I also love Sport King, though, so I frequent both stores. Bravo, PIA!
