ANCHORAGE, Alaska - A man who was fatally shot at a remote cabin south of Skwentna has been identified.

The Anchorage Daily News (http://is.gd/92nQip) says Alaska State Troopers have identified the man as 61-year-old John Charles Lamb. He was shot in the chest on Monday at the cabin on Hiline Lake where he lived with his wife and two young children.

Troopers are not saying much at this point about the circumstances of the shooting. Investigators flew to the cabin Tuesday to interview Lamb's wife and children.
