JUNEAU, Alaska - Jurors are to resume deliberations Saturday in the trial of a Hoonah man accused of killing two police officers in 2010.

John Marvin Jr. faces first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Hoonah Police Sgt. Anthony Wallace and Officer Matthew Tokuoka. The two were gunned down in front of Marvin's home in the village of Hoonah on Aug. 28, 2010.

Jurors, during their first day of deliberations Friday, asked for a time stamp for portions of radio traffic from that night in 2010. The prosecution used the radio fragments in its opening and closing arguments.

The jurors also requested highlighters.

The jury of 10 men and two women got the case late Thursday.
