ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Human remains may have been found in a burned railroad car near Trapper Creek.

The Anchorage Daily News reports (http://is.gd/TmBlpy) Alaska State Troopers and emergency medical technicians went through the railcar's ashes on Friday. They found what might be a person's remains, which were sent to the state medical examiner's office.

Troopers in an online posting Tuesday say a person who was thought to live in the rail car is now missing.

The rail car caught on fire Thursday and was allowed to burn since it was outside a fire service area.
