Here is how Greta Van Susteren of Fox News interpreted the decision Tuesday by Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell to not set up a health care exchange for Alaskans:

"Now a campaign flash just in. The governor of Alaska telling President Obama no. And no, we are not talking about former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. It is current governor Sean Parnell taking on the Obama administration. He is refusing to implement part of the national health care law. Tonight Governor Parnell tweeting, "Alaska will not be creating a state-run health insurance exchange under the new health care law. Full repeal.'

So why doesn't Gov, Parnell set up a state run exchange. He says federally mandated programs should be paid for by federal dollars. Alaska is one of the states who filed suit against President Obama's health care law.
