FAIRBANKS — The University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service is offering a certified food protection manager workshop Jan. 10.
Alaska regulations require food establishments to have at least one certified food protection manager on staff to ensure the facility complies with food safety regulations.
The training session will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Palmer, with a videoconference location available in Fairbanks.
