The National Park Service is exploring new recreational uses for the Kantishna and Wonder Lake areas of Denali National Park. Members of the public are invited to comment on proposals at upcoming outreach events or in writing. Written comments may be submitted online at bit.ly/306prE1 or via mail to Denali Park Planning, P.O. Box 9, Denali Park, AK 99755. Comments will be accepted through Sept. 17.
Public information meetings regarding the Kantishna and Wonder Lake areas planning proposals will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Wonder Lake Ranger Station and 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday at Denali National Park Murie Science and Learning Center.
