Nancy James, an author, Episcopal priest and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital chaplain, will give a talk on her newest book, “Divine Love,” at 9:15 a.m. Sunday in the St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 1030 Second Ave.

James examines the thoughts of Jeanne Guyon, a French Christian from the 17th century. Guyon lived her faith and kept her Christian testimony alive while going through extremely difficult situations, including an unfair incarceration. James is the author of more than 15 books. The talk is free to attend and open to the public.
