ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The FBI is seeking the public's help as it investigates the shooting deaths of two men at a Coast Guard communications station in Kodiak.

In a release Wednesday, the FBI says it's seeking information on a 2001 blue, four-door Honda CR-V driven between the Kodiak airport and the Coast Guard Communications Station between 7 a.m. and 7:18 a.m. on Thursday, April 12.

That's the day co-workers discovered the bodies of Petty Officer 1st Class James Hopkins and civilian employee Richard Belisle.

The vehicle also might have been parked briefly at the Comfort Inn.

The FBI says investigators don't believe Kodiak residents are in danger even though no one has been identified as a suspect. FBI officials have refused to say how they drew that conclusion.
