FAIRBANKS - Good news for ice park fans. Ice Alaska, home to the BP World Ice Art Championships, will remain open through April 1 as long as weather holds out and the ice remains safe. It was originally scheduled to close today. The park is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. For more information, visit
