ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The board of directors for Calista Corp. has reinstated Andrew Guy as the corporation's president and CEO months after he was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation.

Calista spokesman Thom Leonard says the reasons for the investigation are confidential. He says the board reviewed the matter and found no merit to any complaints or allegations.

Guy, who was placed on leave in July, was called back to the job Wednesday, the same day the board voted to reinstate him.

Calista is the Alaska Native corporation for the Bethel region. It has more than 12,000 shareholders.
