ROSWELL, N.M. - Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is expected to bring to her "Going Rogue" book tour to Roswell on Tuesday.

The former Alaska governor is scheduled to promote her new book at Hastings Books, Music & Videos in Roswell from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Fans numbering in the thousands have stood in lines overnight to get Palin to sign her books at stops around the country.

Palin's memoir was published Nov. 17 and sold 700,000 copies in its first week. Publisher HarperCollins says the printing will be increased from 1.5 million to 2.5 million books.

Palin's last visit to Roswell was during the presidential campaign when she spoke to about 10,000 supporters in an airplane hangar.

golden_country: actually, fascism requires the partnership of government with the means of production; therein, the root word "fascista" and its symbol, the bundle of rods. Very much like what is happening today with forced TARP and takeover of GM, AIG, CIT, and maybe Bank of America.

"You really got to get a better grasp on english terminology. In practice, all communists have always been fascists. Communism is a political ideal but fascism is a method of implementing various political ideal"

"fascism [(fash-iz-uhm)]

A system of government that flourished in Europe from the 1920s to the end of World War II. Germany under Adolf Hitler, Italy under Mussolini, and Spain under Franco were all fascist states. As a rule, fascist governments are dominated by a dictator, who usually possesses a magnetic personality, wears a showy uniform, and rallies his followers by mass parades; appeals to strident nationalism; and promotes suspicion or hatred of both foreigners and “impure” people within his own nation, such as the Jews in Germany. Although both communism and fascism are forms of totalitarianism, fascism does not demand state ownership of the means of production, nor is fascism committed to the achievement of economic equality. In theory, communism opposes the identification of government with a single charismatic leader (the “cult of personality”), which is the cornerstone of fascism. Whereas communists are considered left-wing, fascists are usually described as right-wing."

I used my real name in my last userprofile. Then my profile got jacked and went poof. No doubt by some "open mided" liberal who was tired of getting his arse kiked by my logic.

BTW, hows that hope and change working out for you all? Has Boybama explained his Afganistan war tactices to you yet? I can sum it all up in two words, Bush Jr.

Oh, by the way, bravo Chena! Willing to post other people's info instead of your name, hilarious! nice work.

Hopefully, you, are not one of those people that make people "afraid" to post real names... hey, you haven't made any phone threats at 2am lately have you?

Now man'up and tell us your name. You clearly think it's proper.

Best,

Todd

Lost,

You really got to get a better grasp on english terminology. In practice, all communists have always been fascists. Communism is a political ideal but fascism is a method of implementing various political ideals.

Fascists basically 'force' you to do whatever the government deems best under threat. Judging from some of your other posts, I imagine this is your preferred method of governance, but that's your prerogative.

As for me/my challenge, it happens to be voluntary and this is a "public" forum where you seek to preserve your "rights to privacy". If you fail to meet my challenge you simply suffer the lowered esteem of other readers or at least myself.

Once again you resort to name calling, which I will now regularly expect from you, since you seem to have very little logic to offer.

However, You have a great chance to raise my opinion of you... post you name.

Best all,

Todd

Are you a fascist or "communist" Todd?

Do you not believe in privacy? constitutional rights, etc.?

If you really want to impress us- post your address and SSN, maybe even your bank info. (cmon, don't be a sissy)...

It is quite silly to post your real name here.

(That's IF "Todd Larkin" is even your real name.)

Any names to go with these comments? C'mon, man up! post your name as audaciously as you post your jabs.

Don't be sissies!

I have no comment on nor care where Sarah is touring. I can't figure out how it should matter to me.

Best,

Todd

Her tour should have started in Roswell! The baggers have been coming in through a portal near Roswell and she could give them some all-important half-truths, lies and made up stuff before they go out and infiltrate our cities, towns and villages. Maybe she's there today to give some baggers a nice send-off as they return to the weird little rock out past Uranus they must inhabit.

Can't you just publish her complete itinerary so we don't have to read the same story every day?
