The Regulatory Commission of Alaska approved a construction permit for an 1,100-foot gas pipeline on the North Slope, one of the options that could become part of a project  to truck natural gas to Fairbanks.

The company is headed by Ray Latchem, who started Fairbanks Natural Gas and has been involved in various other energy projects in Alaska and Outside.
