FAIRBANKS — The Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival is hosting an opening day party from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Alaska Salmon Bake.
The event is free and open to the public, and features free coffee and desserts by Lunch Cafe and Hot Licks Ice Cream while listening to the festive sounds of Fairbanks’ own steel pan ensemble, Pantheon. At the event, you can register for last minute for classes, pick up schedules, mingle with guest artists and have questions answered by festival staff.
