JUNEAU, Alaska - Former state Labor Commissioner Click Bishop has raised about $14,500 since August, but he had less than $2,100 on hand heading into next month's general election.
Bishop spent about $33,000 between Aug. 19 and Oct. 5, according to his campaign finance report. Expenses included campaign costs and ad buys.
For the campaign overall, including an expensive, three-way Republican primary, Bishop has so far raised more than $106,000.
Bishop is running against Democrat Anne Sudkamp for the open Senate District C seat. Both are from Fairbanks.
Sudkamp reported raising just under $1,600 during the latest reporting period. She had nearly $1,100 on hand, as of Friday.
