To the editor:

Changes occur slowly in this day and age. The change we have seen in our state leadership could be the herald to a state income tax, if Parnell’s plan is implemented.

The oil cartel will put Alaska’s future deep into their back pocket even more so than it currently is. The 20 billion dollar gift to a cartel that has suppressed liquefied natural gas development and sat on drilling permits to eliminate competition and hold fuel oil prices to record heights is once again without adequate opposition to bad decisions made by unscrupulous politicians with self-centered interests taking precedent over what would be best for the state and it’s residents.

Big government is not the problem, bad government is.
