Autumn revisited: A last glimpse of fall

FAIRBANKS — Here it is, Fairbanks — the last of the fall palette you will see this year.

Several weeks ago we asked for submissions of your photos of fall colors from around the Interior and the rest of the state. The response was overwhelming, so much that we couldn’t run all the photos readers submitted the first time around. Seeing as we’re soon to have at least six or so months of winter, what better way to remember the short but sweet autumn that Alaska offers.

Enjoy the crisp reds and golden yellows. We won’t see them again until September.
