To the editor:

It’s an easy choice. On Nov. 6, I can vote for someone who has served North Pole and the Interior for more than 25 years, six of them as an elected official. Or I can vote for a very nice person with very little experience.

I can vote for the candidate who has the knowledge and experience to address fuel issues, the economic development of Alaska, necessary funding for our children’s education and attracting more tourism to the Interior. Or I can vote for the nice person who will have to learn on the job.

The choice is clear. This Democrat will vote for Doug Isaacson, the candidate who has the experience. His track record speaks volumes to those most concerned about the development of Region 1. Vote Doug Isaacson for state House Tuesday!
