Those looking to spend a few days relaxing in the sun while sailing the sea might want to double-check their cruise-line.
Princess Cruises announced it is suspending all cruises for 60 days due to the coronavirus pandemic, USA Today reported. The virus has already forced two of its ships' passengers into quarantine.
Cruises scheduled to end within the next five days will continue to sail as expected, but anything extended past March 17 will be cut short, USA Today said.
Passengers will have the option to either transfer the money to a future cruise or get a cash refund.
Viking Cruises was the first to announce its cancellations. It is canceling cruises through April 30, according to USA Today.
People impacted by these cancellations can either request a total refund or a voucher for a future Viking cruise, valued at 125% of the original payment.
