ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Alaska State Troopers say increased patrols for the Halloween holiday period led to 27 arrests for driving under the influence, including two felony DUI arrests.

Troopers say the boosted patrols also led to 29 people being charged with driving with suspended or revoked licenses.

Troopers investigated six injury crashes and 25 damage-only crashes.

According to troopers, 175 of 436 citations issued were for speeding.
